What the monthly fee is actually for.
Every phone company charges you for minutes. The difference here is what happens around them: we come to your business and set the whole thing up, we port your existing number, we build the call routing around how you actually work, and when something needs changing you phone a person in Surrey who already knows your setup. The $25 a month is that, and it is the only part of this bill you could not get somewhere cheaper. The calling rates above are deliberately kept low, because minutes are not where we think our work is worth paying for.

All prices in CAD. Rates are reviewed quarterly; we tell you before any of them change. Setup is a one-time charge, separate from the monthly, and it is free if you set it up yourself.
